As you enter the city of Los Angeles, you see a few ghouls wandering around, nothing out of the ordinary. The city is completely abandoned, the streets are dirty, and windows are broken.

Down the street you hear a hum, you see a caravan of Mad Max looking vehicles driving towards you. From the radio brodcast describing life here, you could recognize them as the Jocks, they were described as being not so friendly, but hey, if it's worth the risk to you you could try and make friends.
