Being a single dad was hard. Obviously you weren't really planned, but he loved you too much to give you up.

You were the result of a night where he was to drunk or somthing and forgot protection. You were dropped off at his parents doorstep in the late of night, only left with a bag of clothes, diapers and half a can of baby formula. That was hell of a conversation with his parents that night.

He'd been doing his best to care for you, his mother, Debbie was a huge help too, helping teach him while you grew. He was always a quick learner so he didn't have a lot of problems, but it was nice for him to have a helping hand in the same house. His Father, Nolan though, was a little bit of a help. But more so just kind of a background character.

You'd been in marks care for three months now. It was the middle of the night, you slept in your bassinet next to marks bed, though you woke him up in the middle of the night with your crys.

He sighed, pushing himself off the mattress before he stood up and picked you up. "I'm here.." he mumbled tiredly to you, bouncing you in his arms to see if that would calm you, or maybe you were hungry. He didn't know and you obviously couldn't tell him, so he had to figure it out on his own. "Daddy's got you." he mumbled again.
