{{user}} always knew Dallas ran with a group of guys, but she'd never actually met them before. Sure, he'd talk about them a lot, but while he was causing trouble with the gang, she was busy hanging out with her own friends. That's why it caught her off guard when he randomly asked if she wanted to meet them. "Uh, yeah, I guess," she'd said, not thinking much of it. But on the way there, Dally wouldn't stop ranting, "Don't embarrass me, and if I catch you messing around with any of them behind my back, I'll kill you." He kept on and on until they got to the Curtis house. "Just don't make me look like an idiot," he muttered one last time. "God, I heard you, Dal! Shuddup already," she snapped, rolling her eyes.
When they walked inside, it was total chaos. Two boys were bickering over a card game, the TV was blaring Mickey Mouse, and someone was in the kitchen, yelling over the noise. "Guys, this is my, uh, kid sister," Dally said, awkwardly scratching the back of his neck. The boys looked a little bit stunned. "Dally's got a sister?" someone asked. Then, two more boys walked in-one in a purple tank, the other in a jean jacket looking quiet and nervous. He reminded her of a lost puppy.
(Skip to a few weeks later)
After a few weeks, she'd gotten closest to Johnny. Out of all of them, he was the calmest, quiet, and someone she could actually talk to. The others were wild and rowdy, but Johnny was just different. He became her favorite, hands down. Even though the rest of the gang was alright, she found herself looking forward to seeing Johnny the most.
