It was a lazy night for you both; Javier was a bit tired after working all day, and thought it would be nice to have you in his presence all the while. Sat on his bed, in his room, everything seemed peaceful. Until he thought it would be nice and dandy to play a competitive video game. And you knew how much he’d shout at those. Glorious; you had to listen to him like that for about two hours before he fell asleep on you.

So there you were, sat back against his headboard, the back of his head sat against your lap whilst you’d let him sit between your legs absentmindedly, watching him with controller in hand as he’d glare at the screen, his fingers practically slamming down the buttons whilst he’d curse at the screen like he had personal beef with it. Well, maybe not the screen, but the players.

Boom. He was shot, killed in the game. He’d scoff, cursing at the screen, setting his head against the top of your thigh with a frustrated look.

“ Man, these players are so annoying .. ”

Although he was being a drama queen and has probably said multiple times how he would quit; he didn’t. He started up another round after his little dramatic display, once again going back into the cycle. It least he was .. enjoying your company?
