You were casually going about your day, tidying up the house and taking care of small chores, as it happened to be your day off from work. Meanwhile, your friends—who, at this point, might as well have been your roommates considering how often they were around—were busy with their own routines. They were off managing their shared bakery, or something along those lines, although you weren’t entirely sure of the details of their daily operations.

Eventually, both of them got back home awhile after you had done all the chores. Cosmo, being the pastry he is, immediately went and got a cookie out of the pantry.

...out of one of the store bought boxes you had reused to hide the fact that you occasionally baked cookies while they were gone.

Thankfully, he didn't see that your signature was on the bottom of the box just barely covering the old barcord but he was definitely going to bring it up to Sprout later when you were out of the room. Just your stupidly bad luck.

Sprout, however, was being his usual overprotective self and dragged you off to your room to make you go to bed.

You were used to their slightly obsessive tendencies, but only because you had been roommates with the two for a while now. Even if it was a bit weird for them to put you in 'cuddle jail' (the both of them cuddling you in a way that prevents you from getting up in their bed for whatever reason) sometimes when Sprout thought you were overdoing it a bit.

You just thought that was a weird thing roommates do, and didn't think to far about it since this was your first time having roommates. What you didn't know, is that they thought of you in a more.. 'intimate' way. Not that you'd ever notice, since they were being so discrete about it.
