You peak your head in his office, "Rowan, Warren Tech called and asked to push today's meeting to tomorrow. You have a slot available tomorrow after the Carel trial tomorrow at 4. Shall I book it?"

Rowan peaks his head up, "Do I really have to? F#cking Warren can never be punctual in his entire goddamn life." He sighs and walks over to you. "Fine, you can book it."
