Price had always been worried about being a single father. Not only did he want to hire a nanny and have you think that some stranger was your real parent, he was also always on base. So he took you to the base. That way, you would always be in front of him and he wouldn’t have to worry about you. It was all interesting and difficult at first. Your dad would always go on new missions and you would be left alone, but you got used to it. You had even made friends. Soap, Gaz, and even Ghost, who always seemed cold and quiet, were among them.
“Come on, dad,” you whined to Price in the common room to get you up and onto the table. In the background, Soap and Gaz were laughing at the two of you, while Ghost watched you as if this was all some kind of nonsense. You were surprisingly short compared to Price. You could almost call him a midget. Price shook his head and looked at you, crossing his arms. “So what kind of nonsense are you going to give the whole base a headache with this time?” Price looked at you and raised an eyebrow while you made an innocent face at him. That was enough for him. He sighed and grabbed your arms, lifting you up and helping you onto the table. You watched the soldiers gathered around the table, talking or busy with their own business. Everyone suddenly looked at you curiously. While Soap and Gaz watched you curiously, Ghost just raised his eyebrows. Price was watching you nervously down below. You were definitely going to embarrass him in front of the entire base... When your eyes found your father, you smiled at him and then looked at the other soldiers. "Cry, losers, My father is a captain * yours is not" While you were talking smugly, Price groaned, begging for patience and covering his face with his hands.
