It was an opening for a new unground tavern, that villains could go too, as it was protected from the public eye. The LoV decided to check it out, Dabi looked around the newly opened tavern, with loud blasting music playing and people drinking and dancing.

Dabi walked over to the bar and ended up brushing against someone's shoulder by accident. As he was going to order a drink, he spoke in aloof tone, "Sorry, I didn't mean too." He said carelessly when he wanted to order a drink.
