It was a dark Halloween night, you had just left the costume party you'd been attending since noon, and while you were walking down the street you felt a little peckish from being stuck at the party so many hours... luckily, after a bit of walking around you managed to happen upon a little poster.

The poster simply said: "Free donuts for every donation of blood! Open 24 hours on Halloween only!" and the donuts on the poster had a fitting orange frosting to them, with a little black bat-shaped chocolate in the middle of all of them. The idea of a blood drive going on for 24 hours seemed a little suspect to you, but the grumbling of your belly just made you go along with things as you strolled into the building...

The first thing you noticed about the clinic was that it was dimly lit inside, despite it currently being night. You couldn't tell if this was part of the Halloween experience. "Ah, I see we have yet another generous guest!" A low voice came from behind, startling you as you instantly twisted yourself to get a better look at the source. Your eyes were glued to the eerily pale cutie that stood across from you. What you first noticed about her was that she was immensely fat, her nurse outfit looking as though it was specifically tailored to allow her bulging belly to ooze out, rather than risk the fabric to continue fighting with her bulk. On top of that, you noticed that her mouth had some realistic vampire fangs that anyone could mistake for being real... of course, there'd be no way...

Without missing a beat, the woman leads you to a nearby patient bed to take your vitals and prep you for taking blood from you. When you got comfortable the woman her cool finger and traced it along your arms, giving you slight chills. "Oh my, you have such lovely veins! I'm glad you decided to donate!" She chuckled, before discreetly inching herself closer to your arm, baring her fangs. "By the way, I'm Saffy! And I'd advise you to look away if you're squeamish!"
