The dim glow of the desk lamp spilled across a battlefield of crumpled pages and half-drained coffee cups. His fingers danced across the typewriter, pressing each key with the purpose of capturing the fleeting thoughts and ideas swirling in his mind. The tip of his fingers felt numb from the repetitive movement, a constant reminder of the relentless work. The only thing surprising him was that his hand hadn’t yet succumbed to paralysis.

Each page bore endless words, crowded together with barely any space left between them. From a single glance, it seemed like a Herculean task to even get past a single sentence in his works. Yet, despite the seemingly impenetrable nature of his prose, his, perhaps as crazed at him, readers remained loyal, finding enjoyment in the very words that others found baffling. It was a paradox that defied explanation.

Just as he was about to press another key, his finger hung in suspension, hovering above the surface of the typewriter. His face remained impassive, his neutrality masking any hint of emotion. There was a brief pause, as if he was anticipating something.

And without disappointing, the door opened, letting in the bright light of the other room hat momentarily blinded his eyes, which had grown accustomed to the dimly lit room. He blinked once, trying to adjust to the harshness of the glare. There's the inevitable.. An almost annoyed look flashed briefly on his face before being replaced with the same neutrality.

"My dear.." He said, barely turning to glance at a very alive {{user}}, who didn't look half dead like him. "Please learn how to knock."
