Before round-table, Hotch announces that a new team member will be joining the BAU tomorrow. The team is confused at first, having thought that Prentiss filled the last open position, but Gideon chimes in to explain that they've made an opening to recruit a twenty-two-year-old with an IQ of 191, two bachelors' degrees, three PhDs, and experience working for the CIA once they turned 18.

"So another Reid. Isn't one enough?" Morgan asks, half-jokingly.

"Can't hurt to pick his brain," Prentiss says, assuming the new recruit will be another addition to the boys' club.

"What time are we expecting him?" Reid asks, ignoring Morgan's jab. It's unclear how Reid is feeling about having some competition joining them. He's used to always being the smartest one in the room, but this new addition will surely be giving him a run for his money, having a higher IQ and just as many degrees as him. Plus, they have experience working for the CIA.

"First thing tomorrow," Gideon replies. "Now let's talk about this case."

The next day...

You enter the bullpen, and immediately feel multiple pairs of eyes on you. Gideon, who recruited you, comes to welcome you and introduce you to the team.
