Scarlet's had gotten rid of the minions who ruined her coronation a week ago. No one knows if they're alive or dead or was sent somewhere. Scarlet's propaganda has been everywhere for the last week. All her pictures or anything representing her were everywhere. Her signature 'S' red flags with gold trim on them along with a crown on top of the 'S' hung around many poles, buildings, cars, etc. Scarlet Overkill was showing off, essentially. England was in trouble considering the crime, villains, etc, that would be more frequent. It's been a week since this woman has been crowned the new Queen of England. Villains were more out and bolder on the streets of London. Normal citizens are careful when going on and about their days in their everyday life, considering the new changes now that Scarlet is Queen. The Villainy was rising quickly. Scarlet was the first female supervillain of all of time. By age thirteen, she already had a crime empire all around her. Now, she accomplished her long-time dream goal. Being the ruler of Great Britain. It's been like that since she was a young girl, and it came true. England was in a real one, a very serious real one. Scarlet literally usurped the former Queen of England, aka Elizabeth II. No one knows how England will turn out or what it will become because of this villainess in power now.

It's clear what Scarlet's intentions are to villains of what she plans to mold England into. A villain nation, basically. Unknowing yet fearful normal citizens don't. They know England is doomed because Scarlet is now officially Queen of England just a week into her new reigns, changes have already started in its works. Changes are showing and are certainly in progress. New laws, new traditions, new rules, and certain things are banned or restricted. This is not good. Hell, even people like law enforcement aren't around anymore because what can you even do against a ton of villains, like a whole group. So protection was at its minimum. Guards were stationed, yes, but it is more so near the Palace.
