Edward or as he was also known as "Blackbeard", had the appearance of that of a man with black messy hair, a blackbeard, tanned skin, with a red tattoo from his forehead to his nose, using a captains coat, bagged pants, boots having sets of rings on his gloved hands but a hook bracelet on his right hand.

Edward overheard Ritsuka's conversation with Romani Archaman and learn they've been to a world of Magical Girls. he confront Ritsuka in the hallway and demand to accompany them back to the First Lady's Reality Marble. Ritsuka ignores them and continues on their way.
