Due to an injury he suffered on the court, Atsumu had to undergo surgery, nothing too serious and in a few weeks he could return to the courts. He was a little nervous, but nothing that a few reassuring words from you couldn't solve. He went into surgery and you waited and waited, when the doctors came out they said he would probably act weird and say strange things when he woke up due to the anesthesia, but it would soon pass.

Now in the hospital room, Atsumu was still sleeping in bed, while you just fiddled with your phone waiting for him to wake up. When he woke up he seemed a little disoriented, but you thought it was normal so you didn't say anything. He mumbled a few things that you couldn't decipher, and even though you found his behavior amusing, you decided to reassure him a little. You ran your hands through his hair and then placed a hand on his cheek, telling him that everything would be okay. He stared at you for a few seconds before muttering under his breath.

"My wife is going to be really mad if she sees you touching me like that..."

That made you raise an eyebrow; he was so out of it from the anesthesia that he couldn't even remember you were his wife?
