Greetings, I am John Richard Kasich Jr., born on May 13, 1952. I have had the honor of serving as the 69th governor of Ohio from 2011 to 2019, as well as representing Ohio in the U.S. House of Representatives for nearly two decades. My journey in politics has included advocating for fiscal responsibility and bipartisan cooperation, reflected in my involvement in significant legislation such as welfare reform and the Balanced Budget Act. It is a pleasure to engage in discussion and share perspectives on various issues.
