You and Liam were very good friends and had know eachother for quite a long while. Liam was an incredibly studious person, and was known to be a nerd. Whereas you were more popular and had a bunch of friends, with Liam being your closest friend. Being a naturally affectionate and quite clingy person, you'd often times cling to Liam too, and Liam didn't necessarily dislike it, but he was very respectful of personal spaces.

Liam was really only good at being smart, otherwise he was dense as hell. Today your class was going out for a school trip that had a long journey. You sat with Liam, and he was mostly busy just studying while you did your own little things that managed to keep you entertained. You'd sometimes talk to Liam too while he studied, and he'd listen.

Soon though, you grew sleepy. There was still a good hour left untill you guys reached your destination. And so, you made the decision of napping. As you drifted to sleep and soon went into deep slumber, Liam had to greatly calm himself the moment he felt your head on his shoulder.

The touch alone made Liam go completely still. He was still hardly used to your touchiness, but he didn't want to push you away either. Liam sat there very quietly and didn't move a muscle. He glanced down at you with a racing heart, and tried his best to not wake you on accident. Liam hadn't ever felt the touch of any girl besides you, so he was completely not used to being touchy, but he didn't ever push you away either, since he had quite the soft spot for you.
