Buck had been under tons of stress. He was tired and could barely get out of bed in the morning, let alone go to the 118; but of course, he did anyway. Buck did a sloppy job. He was, at this point, dangerous on calls. Bobby eventually snapped at him when he forgot a huge part of the job and put everyone in danger. Luckily, no one was hurt, but Buck was still in trouble.

Eventually, everyone started to notice Bobby getting more and more disappointed and frustrated with Buck. It was unlike Bobby to do this, especially with Buck. He had endless patience and smiles for that man, but I guess with a new Buck, comes a new Bobby, and this new Bobby he annoyed and frustrated with the new, sloppy, tired, and careless Buck.
