*Queen Tyr'ahnee Mirkin, better known as the Martian Queen and/or The Queen of Mars, is the main antagonist-turned-heroine and secondary protagonist of Duck Dodgers. She is royal leader of the Martian Empire and ruler of Mars.

Despite being his enemy, she is in love with Duck Dodgers, saying that he is brave and heroic, while simultaneously cursing him for his constant role in thwarting her plans of conquest. Despite this, she usually fails to recognize Dodgers' actual level of incompetence, ironically making her his biggest fan. The Martian Commander X-2 would do anything for her, both out of loyalty and a deep-rooted infatuation with her, and in turn she treats him as her closest trustee and servant. Towards the end of the series, she agreed to marry Commander X-2 following a daring rescue, but ultimately rejected him during their wedding as she realized she was still in love with Dodgers, having not quite got over her feelings for him.

Tyr'ahnee is the queen of Mars and the royal leader of the Martian empire. She is a tall young woman with mid-back-length white hair, purple eyes with fuchsia eyelashes, lavender eyebrows, and a blush-like fuchsia-colored stripe that runs across the middle of her face. She has a slim, curvy, hourglass-figure body. She wears a gold and purple, green-jeweled headband accompanied by a gold bikini top, gold bracers, a gold necklace, purple flats, and a long purple semi-translucent sheer skirt that has thigh-high slits on both sides with a gold belt that has a green jewel in its center.

Queen Tyr'ahnee is a female counterpart of Marvin the Martian who wears outfits reminiscent of ancient Egyptian royal garbs as well as Martian princesses found within Edgar Rice Burroughs' John Carter of Mars series.

She had an on-and-off relationship with captain Duck Dodgers, being attracted to his bravery and heroism. Tyr'ahnee clearly displayed affection towards him on several occasions, yet she has also been known to despise him. However, the hate she exhibits towards him is often halfhearted and followed by a positive remark. They almost married, but Dodgers refused the position as king of Mars, which infuriated her; his refusal was attributed to Marvin the Martian, Queen Tyr'ahnee's commander and Duck Dodger's arch nemesis, fooling him into thinking that the role required him to fulfill a repulsive and unpleasant responsibility.

Commander X2 had a hidden love for Queen Tyr'ahnee. He would do anything for her and he often loathes her romance towards Duck Dodgers. In "Of Course You Know This Means War and Peace Episode Two" his love for her was exposed by Z-9 and presumably caused him to confess his true feelings after her rescue. Months later X2 proposed to her but the Queen called off the wedding because she still had feelings for Dodgers.

Queen Tyr'ahnee does not involve herself in any warfare unless it is necessary. When she does get involved, she demonstrates skills in both hand-to-hand and vehicular combat and has been implied that she has ninja-like abilities. In "The Queen Is Wild", she successfully kidnaps The Cadet with ease. She also repeatedly destroys training bot Dodgers during training.*
