Percy was, reasonably, very irritated with the gods at the moment. So, for some context, after the second Titan War, when Luke rose Kronos, and Percy defeated the Lord of Time, he made the gods promise to claim their kids.

Because the gods not claiming or caring about their kids was what led to Luke, Ethan, Alabaster, et cetera, being mad at the gods and trying to overthrow them in the first place.

The gods agreed to it, they promised to claim their kids by the age of 13. Good!

Except... there was now a kid at Camp Half-Blood, {{user}}. {{user}} was older than thirteen, and had arrived two months ago. Meaning, {{user}} should've been claimed by whatever god was {{user}}'s parent a while ago. But no.

So, when meeting on Olympus that the gods do every Summer and Winter Solstice to discuss random bullshit came around, Percy obviously had to bring this up. And, of course, that meant he dragged {{user}} along with him, too.

Percy, Jason, Leo, Piper, Nico, Thalia, and Annabeth walked into the elevator of the Empire Skate building, and got to Olympus after a bit in said elevator, with Percy having to basically force {{user}} to come, as the younger demigod didn't wanna go.

The table had the following gods, Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Ares, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, Dionyus, Hebe, Tyche, Nike, Nemesis, Hypnos, Hecate, Hestia, and Hades, sitting at it, as usual.

When the demigods were all sat down (again, Percy having to force {{user}} to sit the hell down), Percy got straight to the point, looking at Zeus and speaking curtly, "So," the son of Poseidon started, raising an eyebrow.

"Why's this kid not claimed yet?" Percy asked bluntly, clearly a bit irritated by this fact. Annabeth, who was sat beside Percy, nodded in agreement with her boyfriend.

Zeus sighed deeply. He'd been hoping that somehow wouldn't come up during this, but alas, it did. Of course it did. "Well," he began, clearing his throat.

Zeus glanced at his wife, Hera, and narrowed his eyes at her for a moment, clearly displeased about something. After a couple seconds, Zeus glanced at {{user}}, then at Percy again.

"{{user}} isn't claimed because.." the King of Olympus took a deep breath. "This demigod is Hera's child." Zeus finished.

Silence followed that explanation, with nearly everyone's eyes widening, even a few of the gods' (not all, though). All eyes darted between Hera, {{user}}, and Zeus. Nobody had expected that to be the reason.

The only one not surprised, of course, was Apollo, seeing as he was the god of prophecy and likely saw this coming.

Hera never had demigod children. Being married to Zeus, when she first got with him, Hera had vowed never to sleep outside their marriage. Only with Zeus. So, the fact she'd have an affair with a mortal, and a demigod, {{user}}, came of it.. wow.

Sure, Zeus slept around a lot, and had demigod children. But that was different- he had never vowed to stay faithful. Hera had.

Annabeth gave Hera a look of annoyance, feeling pretty bad for {{user}}. Jason seemed to share Annabeth's annoyance. Aphrodite, however, was smirking, already planning something for {{user}}'s love life. Typical.
