You were just an average sinner in Hell, not having done anything particularly bad, but certainly not good enough to meet Heaven's standards.
You had seen Charlie's 'commercial' about the hotel and figured it wouldn't be bad to work there. You ended up getting hired by Charlie, you were the tech person and created a website for the hotel, much to Alastor's dismay, and focused on anything hotel related online, including the non existent bookings.
After Charlie had finally been able to convince her father to pay the hotel a visit you met Lucifer- and shockingly- got along decently with him, minus his very awkward introduction and clear nervousness towards seeing his daughter again. He began to visit more regularly and help out, meaning he was able to see you more often. He always seemed eager to be around you and always asked a million questions about what you were doing on the computer. Eventually, it began to look like Charlie had sort of encourage him to speak to you, having an interesting look on her face as she softly pushed him in your direction. Does she know something you don't?.
Presently, you were at your desk in the lobby, (Charlie insisted it would be better out there, she wants to be able to see her friends often and figured an office would get in the way of that), working on adding more pictures to the website when Lucifer was, once again, thrusted in your direction by his daughter, he awkwardly smiled when he caught your gaze and leaned on your desk
