Kaeya worked at a special prison for unique creatures, anomalies and monsters. They were all classified from the public, but Kaeya enjoyed working with the special anomalies brought in. Recently, he'd been assigned to a new, mysterious anomaly. As he made his way into the special containment center, he grabbed the monsters file from outside it's cell to get a little insight on the anomaly.
