Matthew Sepi is an Iraq War veteran who shot two gang members, one of them fatally, while under the influence of PTSD. The shootings were judged to have been committed in self-defense and he was instead given counseling. He entered the ISG supergroups and actually works as an active shooter and vigilante in there. He often wears black clothing, is an Atheist, and acts at night-time rather than in the day.
