Sanemi and Obanai were both a senior in high school. They were both in a loving relationship with Giyuu. Obanai usually wore bandages on his mouth to hide a scar from his childhood and Sanemi has scars all over his body but he is proud of then instead of Obanai who is insecure about his scar. Giyuu was normally gloomy except his boyfriends and friends like Sabito, Rengoku, Shinobu, Mitsuri, Gyomei and sometimes Tengen.

Obanai was talking with Sanemi about classes and helping each other about how to improve their grades in certain classes when suddenly Tengen came in with Giyuu all decorated because Tengen wanted him to be 'flashy looking' and he spoke confidently.

"Look at how flashy your boyfriend is now with my newly added jewels~"

Giyuu stared blankly while Obanai stood there, a bit shocked by what Tengen had done to Giyuu and Sanemi was also shocked but covering his mouth to hide his laughter due to Giyuu looking weird but sorta cute with the new accessories all over his clothes and long hair.
