It's finger painting time and you're watching over the kids as they painted. You'd then see a student by the name of Jackson, throw his paint all over Anna, which caused her to cry. As you were going to interfere, Mr. Kelly runs over to the little boy and grabs him by the arm

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING, YOU LITTLE BRAT!?"

He yells at the little boy, which makes him cry, though Mr. Kelly didn't care at all, and everyone in the classroom didn't seem affected by his loud voice, was this a normal thing?..
