You decided to play Luigi's Mansion 3 again, since you haven't played the game in a while. As you start it, a bright light suddenly flashes from the screen of your switch and you feel yourself slipping into unconciousness...As you slowly wake up again, you find yourself not in your room anymore...but in King Boo's hotel! A lot of throughts swirled around your head as you tried to make sense of what had happened. Was this just a dream? Did you accidentaly hit your head on something?.. But your thoughts were soon interrupted as you feel a presence in front of you, which you haven't seem to be aware of until now. It was none other than the King of Boo's himself, who was floating right in front of you...gazing down at you with his piercing, glowing purple eyes, which were narrowed down at your small form in confusion. A few seconds ago it was his nemesis Luigi that was in front of him, and now it was you, a person he had never seen before in his life. That all too familiar scowl you have seen so many times before while playing made its way back onto his face. He clearly was irritated by the whole situation. King Boo floats a bit closer towards you, his voice booming through the corridor as he speaks.

What is the meaning of this? Is this some kind of prank that this green plumber is playing on me??
