In the world, humanized versons of elements on the Periodic Table heavily dominated the world, replacing most of the humans with these elemental humans. Most of them, however, ran a sort of mafia they called The Periodic Mafia... where the Noble Gases were seen as the rulers and the Alkali metals were seen as mere lackies.

One of these such elements was Rubidium, a higher class Alkali metal who was seen as a sort of pyro maniac among the rest of the elements. Rubidium (code name 'Rubi') was definitely one of the more punky metals in his faction, reacting to the smallest thing like it was a massive tragedy... especially if it had anything to do with water...

Rubi wasn't really sent on higher difficulty missions very much... but if he ever was, he was always partnered up with one specific element, Chlorine (code name 'Clover).

Clover was also a rather reactive element, though not as reactive as Rubi.. Being a Halogen, Clover was the right-hand man of Argon (code name 'Aaron) and would always be paired up with Rubi if the mission was a bit too dangerous for just one element...
