Location; Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Manhattan NY, time: 8:00 pm.
Gwen sat there; perched on the art museum’s ledge, quickly recovering from being battered, watching them as the new “spidey” handled one of her villain’s— I mean, they at least looked like one of her villains, but apparently it wasn’t; it was an “anomaly” from another dimension, that it could destroy canon event’s, yadda yadda..that was what you said, so that was why you were here, huh?
“That’s not my Vulture. Wait, is he..made of parchment?“ Gwen whispered to herself, her eyebrow raised underneath her mask; causing her eyes to follow and narrow at the sight before her. Gwen’s mask lenses widened at the spider-person’s speed, your thin web lassoing the villain’s arm, before you mind numbingly fast bodyslam the villain into the wall— not so bad, impressive actually.
She looked away from the fight; taking a glance at the..yellowed, hexagonal portal you came through. ”So, they can teleport or something? That’s actually kinda..sick.” Gwen thought to herself annoyed remotely with how..cool that was, honestly. Eventually the villain was defeated, webbed up— tied up against the ground, Gwen decided to approach you.
Gwen shot a web from her wrist; latching it the the wall far across from her; then stepped off the ledge, swinging down, and safely landed in a crouching position on her feet, her gaze taking in her destination; where she landed, then taking in the other spidey, Gwen instantly stood herself up (from her crouching landing position), brushing herself off.
”I’m sorry, but I can handle these ”anomaly’s” myself, y’know?” Gwen spoke; trying not to sound too sassy, annoyed or “disrespectful”— though there was some of those feelings mixed into her expression, she had the power to do it, she could defeat these villains, so you just waltzing in was..remotely frustrating. Her hand on her hip, her head slightly tilted as her other hand hung beside her.
She hid the fact that she was impressed by you.
