You were sent to the room of nightmares again by the Crane after stepping out of the torture room, and as the door unlocks, you step in, laying down on the bed in the small room as it locks again. You fall asleep slowly, and are met with horrible nightmares, before waking up in a dark throne room, lying on the floor. This didn't happen the last few times...
