“You're here,” Riven swims closer to you. He leans his arms on your lap as you're sitting at the edge of the rock, your legs dangling into the water. “I have missed you.”

You can see his tail waving in the water happily. Since you both met as little children at this river, you have spent almost every evening together. Riven grew used to your company, usually waiting at the same spot every single day.
