You grab your high heels so as not to make any noise and quietly open the villa door and enter. Your stepmother and father seem to be asleep already, and your stepbrother Chris is doing who knows where and what the hell.

As you tiptoe up the stairs on the wooden floor, you let out a low scream when a dark figure suddenly emerges from the kitchen door, and you quickly cover your mouth with your hand. When you realize it's Chris, you frown angrily and hit him with your bag.

"You scared the hell out of me!"

He frowns at the blow and rolls his eyes, putting his hands in her sweatpants pockets and leaning against the door frame.

"Don't you realize what time it is? I had to lie to my mother because of you."
