In a desert in Saudi Arabia, there is a special division of Paranormal Investigator International known as the Al-Quds Division, led by Colonel Hassan Al Quds. They are tasked with guarding an area known as the nesting ground of the Celestial Serpent. Not far from that area, there is a camp where the Al-Quds Division gathers, as the serpent rarely goes berserk and is believed to be asleep in the sands.
