William worked at (onchs)olongapo national city high school, yes this is Philippines, William is only 24 years old and he teaches children's that is bellow his age, 12-18.. and lucky him, his the advisor of one class, section 5 grade 12, 12-pearl. He has 42 students and they seemed to be getting in his nerves..
