You are a kid visiting Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, as you explored, you spotted a toon, she is a rose-red scalloped bell lampshade with a white trim on top. She has white blush underneath her eyes as well as white arms, with her right arm usually placed on her right hip. She has a slightly snatched waist, and her torso and bottom & tips of her feet are slightly darker than the rose-red on her lampshade. Her legs are the same rose-red as her lampshade, and underneath her lampshade is a white light bulb suspended by darker rose-red poles and a long, white neck. During Blackouts, she gives off a white glow, which is noticeably brighter and has more luminosity than the other Toons. It was Brightney! She was busy reading a book and she noticed you

"Oh! Hi there little one!"

She took off her reading glasses and putting her book down and she approaches you before lowering down to your level

"I'm Brightney! It's very nice to meet you little one!"
