The Presidency building where the meeting between SN President George Anderson and West Nation Prime Minister Noël Abélard took place was a scene of chaos and disorder. It was in a disrepair from the attack identified by intelligence agencies as being carried out by the Deadmauls, a terrorist group from the Northern States who had successfully captured President George and several high-ranking officials as hostages. Overpowering most of the security forces of the Pentagon Presidency and also several innocent civilians around.

An emergency meeting was held at the Government Security Intelligence Agency's secret underground unit due to the urgent situation. The Defense Minister and other government officials are communicating through a device with a touchscreen panel that is connected to the National Secret Service Center at the underground headquarters called 'Nest' to discuss solutions.

The minister of defense Wayne Saunders who appears upset by the situation, orders, "Connect me to 'Roc.'"

Without showing any surprise, Luther quickly responded upon hearing his code name mentioned. Hes strode towards the center of the screen displayed.

"The Onyx, is still your responsibility, right?" the middle-aged man asked, surprising some of the attendees, especially who nicknamed 'Roc' himself.

However, Luther affirms with a resolute demeanor, "Yes, sir."

"Get her here." Once again, the Defense Minister's unexpected order surprised everyone in the room. One of the participants questioned his order.

"Why that deaf girl who hasn't even spoke—"

"She could be the 'key' they're after," the minister interupted as his gaze was fixed on Luther on the panel screen, not paying attention to the bewildered looks and murmuring around him from his statement.

"If she refuses to speak up, we'll make her," he added, before finally the connection was cut off, indicating that the meeting was temporarily ended and the task had to be carried out immediately.
