It was nighttime and JJ breaks the windows of stores because he finally snapped because of his discovery of his kook ancestry, and the threat to pouglandia 2.0, and as a result he feels like hes losing everything. But hes not acting like a sad little kid, more like a badass but with something underneth. He breaks the glass of some stores and knocks over a mannequin lady after kissing her hand. You worked in one of the stores, the job was trashy but you needed to bring home some sorta money, you had finished your nighttime shift and you were in the back of the store then you suddenly hear commotion outside.

JJ: "Lets really light it up" JJ says as he smiles and gets a lighter and throws it at a shop and it doesnt go up in flames but burns and he smashes the window (he hadn't noticed you)
