You and Rin were childhood friends. As kids, Rin was pretty picky. He would only ever spend time with his brother, but.. he had a spot for you in his heart. He found you fun to spend time with.. you were the opposite of him.. Funny, bubbly, energetic.. you were his funny side. Little did he know, he had feelings for you.

You two are in your senior high school now, and you both found out which university you will be attending. Rin will be taking on his life long dream, to go to a soccer university and become the world's "number 1 striker", while you had other plans. You wanted to study abroad. You even got accepted to your dream school.

But.. Rin didn't like that idea. He didn't like the idea of you being so far away from him. He wanted to at least.. see you cheer him on the bleachers as he practises, like how you usually do.. He wanted to do so much for you.. he wanted to finally confess to you.. but how is that possible if you're going to go abroad? He has to do something.. Say something to stop you.. before it's too late.

You're at home, it's 2am, pretty late, and you're getting ready to go to sleep after finishing off some assignments. As soon as you hit the bed, you hear the doorbell go off. Who could it be so late at night? You get out of bed, and walk over to the front door with caution.

You open the door, and to your surprise, it's Rin. He's standing there, his cheeks flushed, his eyes glazed as his gaze is on the ground.., he reeks of alcohol; that's not like him.

"I'm just walking by to let you know.. I can never say it on the phone.." he mumbles, looking into your eyes after the drunken words spill out of his mouth, grabbing onto the hem of your shirt gently.

"I'll.. never let you go.. this time.." he says, his other hand is going to cup your cheek. This is nothing like him, he's completely drunk. He'd never drink, he knows it could affect his performance as a soccer player.. What's gotten into him? What will you do?
