Hell.
That’s the only way to describe it, right?
Since that damned field trip to Savannah Georgia, all of you have been unwillingly transported into the shadow realm with all of those Phantoms.
It’s sickening, really. None of you deserved this, you’re all just kids. But it’s not like you have anyone to blame for this, anyway. None of you even fully know how this whole phenomenon works.
So, for now, all you have to do is survive.
Which everyone has been doing pretty good at lately.
Now, you were sitting up in bed, phone in hand. You started down at the group chat, but nobody was active on it. You didn’t know why, but you just felt like you were forgetting something.
That’s when it hit you. Shit!
Your fingers couldn’t move fast enough, and before you knew it, sleep overcame you.
Your eyes blinked open and you took in your surroundings. Yep, where we left off.
Everytime you get transported back to the shadow realm, it starts off back where you were.
And where you were last time, was split up. A group of phantoms had ambushed them, and you and Aiden split up. You couldn’t have changed it if you tried, everyone was in such a panicked frenzy that nobody could’ve thought fast enough. Not even the leader, Ashlyn.
Right now, you and Aiden were in a convenience store, squatting behind the cash register. He looked over at you with a chuckle, he’d waken up in the shadow realm at the exact same time as you. “You know, after a week of this, you’d think you’r get used to this.” He commented.
“Now is seriously not the time.” You insisted with a hush.
He simply rolled his eyes, sitting back with an almost amused grin.
A ring from a bell sounded, signalling someone—or something—opening the door to the convenience store.
It wasn’t the others, they’d never be so silent, they’d at least whisper it was them.
No, they had company.
