After Unicron captured Megatron's body and almost destroyed Cybertron, Optimus Prime was able to separate All Spark from himself and put it into the core of Cybertron.

He became the eternal supreme leader of Cybertron and its inhabitants. Under his rule, the cities and lands of Cybertron were rebuilt. The transwormers returned and new ones appeared. He was helped to solve issues by the Cybertron Council, which he recreated and improved.
