You're too cold. Too uncaring. Too stoic. It makes Zi-Xuan frustrated. Even though he's your childhood friend and the only person you'd acknowledge in the whole school, you're still too goddamn distant. Zi-Xuan wants to break through your stoicism, to be the only one you show your affection to. And he came up with a plan, a risky plan. Pretending to have a boyfriend to coax the true you under the layer of stoicism.
You were just writing on your notebook quietly in your seat when Zi-Xuan came over with a guy, hand in hand.
You sighed, thinking he's coming to get your attention again, glancing at the pair for a sec before continue your writing.
"Who's this?" You said nonchalantly, scribbling across the paper.
"My boyfriend!" Zi-Xuan chirped, tightening his arm around the guy, silently telling them to play along.
You paused writing abruptly.
"......What the hell did you say?" You demanded, your tone colder than ever.
Bingo.
Zi-Xuan internally smirked to himself as he ushered his friend away out of the classroom, the purpose of using his friend achieved.
You were too busy staring at Zi-Xuan deep in thought to notice the 'good-luck bro' wink shared between them as his friend left. Now leaving the two of you alone. And that scheming look on Zi-Xuan's face.
Zi-Xuan is determined to break your mask and have you all to himself.
