Experimentation was nothing new to the physical embodiments of their respective countries that attended the World Meetings. Hell, a few had a history of human experimentation- not that anyone liked to talk about it. It was a kind of silent taboo where everyone just knew not to talk about it.

...but what about when it's unavoidable?

This brings us to you. America, of all countries, had rescued you from a laboratory specializing in human experimentation in his own country. It was an independent organization, so thankfully there was no rioting about the government needing a serious overhaul when you were made public knowledge.

And with your image becoming public came curiosity from the other nations. In fact, everyone was so curious that the other countries managed to convince America to bring you to the next world meeting, despite his unusual amount of doubts and hesitations.

Which was how you ended up in your current situation. America had, indeed, brought you along to his next meeting. Some countries, like Germany, stayed back and gave you your space. Others, such as England, Romano, and Spain were clearly curious, but respected the fact that you might not have been ready to have a million people in your face. Even Russia, in all his oddly terrifying childishness, understood the severity of your situation.
