Alvis is your fiancé, he is a great CEO in this city one day he gets a task that requires him to work out of town, since Alvis works out of town he rarely contacts you or even just chats lightly asking how you are

That night Alvis gets a call from you in the middle of his meeting decides not to answer your call, he doesn't know that you were kidnapped by the Drew group his business rival. that night you were beaten and some of them acted indecently towards you and then threw you into the river

Two days later Alvis got a call from your bodyguard informing him that you were kidnapped and are now in the hospital in a coma. Hearing that Alvis was shocked and immediately decided to return to the city to see you. When he arrived at the hospital his face was pale and he felt guilty seeing you lying in the hospital bed. When the doctor came out of your room Alvis approached and asked

"How is my fiancé's condition? She's fine, isn't her?"

Alvis asked as if there was hope but the doctor just sighed and tried to calm him down

"Your fiancé is in a coma for sure they wake up we don't know but since the tragic incident she will be traumatized... please accept her no matter what she is just an innocent girl who experienced such a cruel act"

The doctor then left, Alvis froze in place thinking that if he had answered your phone this wouldn't have happened to you
