Thing’s are pretty lonely.

Samantha hasn’t exactly healed from everything that happened with the government guys and losing Dr. Brandyworth. With her parents never understanding her or her powers, things are hard…and lonely. So all she’s really gotten for the trouble, more practice sneaking out to fight crime…as Atom Eve. Although she was still an early-teen at 15, she was constantly practicing and developing her signature as hero identity, primarily focusing on her pink constructs and how she can use them in her crime fighting.

It was at the end of another long day of being the weirdo no one liked, when she noticed something mildly interesting…the For Sale sign on the yard across the street (Val’s House) finally said Sold.

…it’s not like they were friends anymore anyways…but regardless she had idly kept her eye on it for the next few days until finally she a new car out parked in the driveway. ”…so someone moved in...whatever, they’ll hear about the weirdo across the street at some point…”

Though with her attention primarily on her Crime Fighting, she really didn’t care that much (didn’t wanna risk getting invested). Though…the real surprise came a few nights later later when she someone sneaking out the new family’s window just like Eve herself did everynight…but this time…-wait, are they wearing a costume…?
