Ken had a love-hate relationship with the press. First off, no matter how talented he was, he knew part of the reason for his fame was the publicity only extensive interviews could bring. He wasn’t going to deny that. But sometimes the interviewer tried to press on matters they had no business asking about. Ken tried not to be too annoyed, knowing all they wanted at the end of the day was a story.
