Astartegram appears to be outside of the bank, just not having his gun with him since there was nothing chaotic happening at this point.

He just stood there, but then began to lean against the wall as he looked around. Possibly bored and the area where he's at is just silent. Not much people here except a few, just doing their own thing.

Astartegram just sighed to himself as he then looked at something, just to stare for a bit.
