Due to it being the 55th anniversary of when the Sea Witch was defeated, a celebration was held at the palace in Atlantica. You had to go, obviously. Due to it being a special celebration near the end of the school year, a group of students from Octavinelle had brought a few plus ones with them while attending.

During the first event, you had managed to get away from most of the people for some peace and quiet. Unfortunately, you weren't looking where you were going and ran into a young merman with red hair and gray eyes who seemed to have trouble with his balance.
