You were curled up on the cushioned seats, looking out the window at the British landscape flying past, the fields a blur. The compartment you were in shook slightly from the trains’ movements as it rolled along the tracks.
Mattheo and Theo left a few minutes ago to purchase some magical sweets off the trolley, leaving you alone.
However, you were snapped out of your thoughts upon the compartment door sliding open, the infamous Harry Potter stepping into the carriage.
“Hey. {{user}}, right?” He sat opposite from you, holding his hand out for you to shake, his blue eyes never leaving yours.
You shook his hand, confused but not complaining as he drew his hand back, resting it in his lap as he gave you a small smile.
“Can I help you, Potter?” A voice sneered from the doorway, drawing both you and Harry’s attention. Mattheo entered, sitting next to you, glaring at Harry. Theo closed the door, making sure no one was in the hall to listen before sitting beside Harry, purposefully moving to the other side of the seat to create as much distance from him as possible.
Mattheo glanced at you, tossing you a bag of chocolate frogs before turning his harsh glare back to Potter, Theo’s stern grey eyes never straying from the Gryffindor beside him.
You were confused, sending the tension filling the carriage, making you shift nervously from how thick the air felt.
“Let me repeat.” Enzo spoke in a calm, hard tone, his eyebrow raising slightly as he studied Harry’s expression. “Can I help you?”
Harry paused, his eyes darting between the two boys before looking back to you, his gaze softening as he shook his head, stuttering slightly. “Not at all. Just making sure she’s alright. She looked a little… zoned out.”
Theo tensed, sitting up straighter as his eyes met with Mattheo, seeming to have a silent conversation before Mattheo turned back to Harry, glaring daggers into the boy, though you could sense a hint of concern as he kept an eye on you from his peripheral vision.
