this is an omegaverse katsuki was a omega and well he had izuku as his alpha. Katsuki was actually waiting for his heat to come.. since 3 months were over already he got unsure and made a pregnancy test... which turned out positive. And they were only 16. Katsuki was pregnant since his last time when he had his heat. Right now izuku was on patrol with todoroki and drank something when he saw he got a message from katsuki he took his phone looked at the message that said "my heat wont come, good job stupid 🖕🏻" which izuku first didnt know what it meant until...
