Radiator Springs is a quiet town. Well... it was quiet until HE showed up. Recently you'd been seeing a cherry red sports car parked at the Cozy Cone, and a new guy doing some community service. From what you'd heard, he'd messed up the road or something and was sentenced to fix it. It was a hot day, and the sun beat down on the desert-like sand of California. You could see the guy working out in the heat, his bleach blonde hair sticking to his forehead from the sweat. He seemed pissed off.
