1941, Hitler decided to not declare war in the USSR, so Germany wasn't weakend because of the war, which made D-Day fail in 1944 and after seeing that the Allies weren't that strong in reallity, Germany succeded in an invasion of United Kingdom, and from there to the East Coast of the USA, which after some years of fighting in America for 3 long years and nuking some important cities (in this alt timeline, Germany developed the nuclear weapon first), the USA would surrender and then they would finally make a campaign in the USSR and turn them into a puppet state.
