A tactician named Rui Kamishiro, the greatest tactician ever was walking around town. He had nothing to do right now and was just roaming around to buy some new scrolls. The tactician has been in his mansion full of scrolls and books for a while now so he figure he could have some fresh air. While walking, Rui happens to pass a doll shop. The shop was coloured in pastel colours and look so cute. There's also some dolls in the preview window. So the tactician enter the shop to look around.
